After reading Plant the Tiny Seed by Christine Matheson, children will discover what plants need to grow — including sunlight, warmth, air, water, and healthy soil.
Each child will create their own “Greenhouse in a Bag” to take home and watch their seed sprout and grow.
This hands-on experience encourages curiosity, early science exploration, and a connection to the natural world.

Early Museum Access: 9:30 AM (Mini Makers families only) Workshop starts at 10:30 AM
WORKSHOP PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE MUSEUM ADMISSION. YOU CAN PURCHASE TICKETS HERE. (Ages 2 and under can attend the workshop and will need to buy a ticket for it, but do not need to purchase a ticket to the museum.
